What makes us different?

Not only do we have unique inspections that are customized to your buying, selling or home ownership experience, we also have many different accreditations that ensure we are up to the latest standards when it comes to inspections and building codes. Each certification requires ample experience and licensing proving we can give you a clear, honest and concise inspection.

All inspectors on our team are licensed, certified and trained properly to ensure you are protected. This licensing requires years of experience and gives you the kind of service that only a professional can provide.

The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors – InterNACHI® – is the world’s largest trade organization of residential and commercial property inspectors. InterNACHI® continues its leadership role as the world’s largest organization of certified property inspectors and enhances the home inspection profession by offering valuable membership benefits.

The Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors® (CAHPI®) is a national non-profit association, whose mission is to promote and develop the home inspection profession.  CAHPI is considered the voice of Canada’s “home inspection industry”. The current Standards of Practice used by CAHPI members is the CSA A770 Home Inspection Standard. Members also adhere to the CAHPI Code of Ethics.  CAHPI is a self-regulated professional body of home inspectors, whose members are finding that it is through educational and sharing of information via publications, meetings, educational seminars and conferences, that the profession of a home inspector is enhanced.  Affiliation with CAHPI and receiving their designations National Certificate Holder® and Registered Home Inspectors(RHI)® from a professional organization is the best evidence of an inspector’s competence and professionalism.
